We are committed to full transparency, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect and why. Our Base Services
Give your pup the full grooming experience! Each full-service groom includes a nail trim and grind, teeth brushing, ear cleaning (including shaving or plucking), a sanitary and paw pad trim, and shampoos and conditioners—yes, plural!—customized to your dog’s specific needs. Anal glands and ear plucking are available upon request. Every visit is designed to be calm, comfortable, and full of love, so your dog leaves happy, healthy, and looking their very best. Assistive Appointments
Assistive appointments are intended to help dogs who struggle with grooming for any reason. These appointments are not available to book online, and need to be booked over the phone with the special needs groomer on staff.
One on One Appointment: $40
This type of appointment is good for dogs who need a slow, kennel free service with lots of breaks and gentle handling. Best for puppies, or dogs with behavioral needs.
Segmented Service: $25
This service is for dogs who can't complete a full groom all in one session. The service is split into different sessions with each session having a goal to complete that is within the pet's capabilities. For example: a senior dog may not be able to stand for a full service so the bath would be one day and the haircut another to allow the pet to rest and recover in between parts of the service.
Express Service: $20
This is an appointment intended for dogs who can't be in the salon for extended periods of time. The pet is groomed quickly, safely, and as stress free as possible. Best for dogs on sedation or immunocompromised pets.
Owner Accompanied Service: $50
This service allows pet parents to accompany their pets throughout the grooming process. This can help in a variety of situations, but these are the most common:
- A pet parent has a dog that is struggling with the groom but is struggling to understand why or to know what may help. It provides direct access to the groomer, and they can work together to formulate a plan to help the pet.
- Pet parents who are first time pet owners, or first time owners of a certain breed. This service can help them learn more about the grooming process for their pet, as well as help them learn how to better maintain the pet at home.
Additional Time & Relevant Policies
To help us provide the safest, most comfortable grooming experience for every pup, we ask that all clients carefully review our policies on additional time, cancellations, and late arrivals. These guidelines explain how we handle extra grooming needs, schedule changes, and timing expectations. Taking a few moments to read them ensures a smooth, stress-free visit for both you and your furry friend.
Additonal Time:
$60 per hour, per groomer
Extra time may be added to a groom for mats or poor coat condition, sensitive or anxious behavior, or long and intricate haircuts. We prioritize a calm, low-stress environment, so if your pup needs a little extra patience or breaks during their groom, we are happy to provide it. In some cases, a second groomer may assist to ensure your dog’s safety, comfort, and confidence throughout the appointment. Charges may vary depending on your dog’s individual needs, allowing us to give every pet the time and attention they deserve. Our goal is always a safe, positive, and enjoyable grooming experience that leaves both pets and their owners happy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your service (for example, switching from a Bath & Haircut to a Bath & Brush), please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows may be charged up to 100% of your appointment cost to ensure our staff are fairly compensated for their time. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of your groomer. If you have more than three late cancellations or no-shows in a year, we may require a deposit to schedule future appointments. This policy helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and ensures we can continue providing the best care for every pup.
Late Arrival Policy
To help keep appointments running smoothly, please arrive no more than 15 minutes early and no more than 10 minutes late. If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait until your scheduled appointment time. If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, please give us a courtesy call—your groomer may allow up to 20 minutes of grace, depending on their schedule. We reserve the right to cancel or decline services if clients arrive too late. Any cancellations due to late arrival will follow our Cancellation Policy and may be subject to applicable fees.
