Ever picked up your pup from the groomer and felt a little surprised at checkout?

Yeah… you’re not alone.

Grooming prices can sometimes feel confusing, which is exactly why we built our salon around an all-inclusive model. Our goal is simple: clear expectations, no surprise add-ons, and thoughtful care for every dog who walks through our doors.

Because your pup deserves great grooming — not guesswork.

First of All, What Do We Even Mean by “All-Inclusive”?

When we say all-inclusive, we mean the core services your dog needs for a complete, high-quality groom are already built into our base price.

That typically includes:

  • Bath with premium shampoo and conditioner

  • A leave in conditioner to prevent future tangles

  • Blow dry and full brush out

  • Nail trim and filing

  • Teeth Brushing

  • Ear cleaning

  • Haircut or tidy (when applicable)

  • Finishing touches (like cologne and bandana)

Instead of nickel-and-diming for each small add-on, we bundle the essentials so you know what to expect when you book.

No surprise fees. No guessing games.

Why Do We Believe All-Inclusive Is the Way Grooming Should Be?

Because while every dog is different… pricing clarity shouldn’t be.

Traditional à-la-carte pricing can create a lot of confusion:

  • The total isn’t always clear upfront

  • Important steps sometimes get skipped to save money

  • The process can feel transactional instead of care-focused

Our all-inclusive approach flips that.

We want every pup to receive the full standard of care they deserve at every visit — without you having to pick and choose what to leave out.

It also lets us focus on what really matters: your dog’s comfort, coat health, and overall experience.

If We’re “All-Inclusive,” Why Do We Still Charge for Extra Time on More Difficult Grooms?

Great question — and this is where transparency really matters.

All-inclusive covers the services performed, but grooming time can vary dramatically from dog to dog.

This sweet boy is a senior who struggles with standing over time. He requires frequent breaks to be groomed comfortably.

Some pups need significantly more time due to:

  • Severe matting

  • Extra-long or very dense coats

  • Behavioral challenges or anxiety

  • Puppies or senior dogs who need slower handling

  • Doodles with complex coat mixes (the “double trouble” coats)

When a groom requires substantially more time than average, we may apply an additional time-based fee.

Why?

Because time is the one resource we truly can’t standardize. Charging fairly for extended grooms allows us to:

  • Give your dog the patience they need

  • Avoid rushing through difficult grooms

  • Maintain scheduling that respects all clients

  • Keep our base pricing fair for the majority of pets

Our goal is never to punish — it’s to stay honest and sustainable while still providing compassionate care.

How Does All-Inclusive Grooming Benefit Your Pup?

At the end of the day, this model isn’t just about pricing — it’s about better grooming outcomes. Your pup benefits from:

Consistent care every visit

No skipped steps that impact coat or skin health.

Less rushed appointments

Because we’re not trying to upsell mid-groom.

Better coat maintenance long-term

Regular, complete care prevents bigger problems later.

A calmer salon experience

Clear expectations mean smoother visits for everyone.

Healthier skin and coat

Because the full process is always included.

The Bottom Line

All-inclusive grooming is about clarity, fairness, and doing right by the dogs in our care.

  • You’ll always know what’s included.

  • You’ll always know why something costs what it does.

  • And most importantly — your pup will always receive the level of care we’d want for our own dogs.
